This architecturally designed house was named the winner of the Housing category of the 2022 New Zealand Architecture Awards. Enovate’s cutting-edge timber engineering expertise was applied to the many connections throughout this unique and extraordinary house. McIntosh knee joints with SFS dowels and fixed portal bases with threaded epoxy bars, coupled with stainless steel rods braced the house.
