Located at 175 Carters Road, Amberley, this new building of ~1200 m² comprises various amenities for the residents of the Amberly Country Estate including a lounge, café, dining areas, bar, multifunction room, snooker room, gym, library, crafts room, indoor pool and spa along with offices and reception for sales and estate management. The structure is predominantly light timber framing supplemented with structural steel to form the large open interior spaces. The lightweight structural systems and good ground conditions suited a shallow reinforced concrete rib-raft foundation.
